Window Seat is a travel tale, including the highs and lows of over 80 years of dropping by, staying awhile, returning and/or living in 116 countries and territories and a multitude of places therein. The traveler, an inquisitive woman; the instigation often books; and the experiences as diverse as a slightly timid adventurer could make them.

The theme is independent travel as desired, planned, funded, and implemented by a woman somewhat obsessed with the geography and cultures of the world as experienced in books and in person.
